We provide free legal advice to our clients. They are referred to our affiliate lawyers for prosecution and litigation services on a need basis. Lawyers charge fees on a sliding scale based on a person’s ability to pay. Legal services are not guaranteed.

New immigrants mainly spouses of Indians who come on a dependent status often face socioeconomic, matrimonial, and cultural problems. Due to lack of awareness they break laws and get into various issues with the law enforcement agencies. Many times courts are unaware of laws governing immigrants in their home countries. Without understanding these laws their decisions can never be just and globally applicable. We bridges the gap between this critical need and an essential service for people across South Asia.
