OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide hope, secure justice, and support to vulnerable South Asian immigrants across the globe.

GOALS:
  • Provide affordable legal services to support and empower immigrants
  • Bring social awareness concerning immigrant issues
  • Prevent NRI fraudulent marriages
  • Influence law makers to alter immigration rules

    Our headquarters is in Fremont, California and chapters in UK, Canada, and India.

    FOUNDER, Anu Peshawaria

    Anu Peshawaria is an internationally recognized professional attorney and Legal Professional Adviser to the Indian embassy.
    Peshawaria, also a social activist and former athlete, is the younger sister of ex-IPS official Kiran Bedi. Based in Fremont, California,
    she is a Supreme Court Attorney from India. In last 20 years, she started several non-profit organizations including
    Seva Legal Aid, Indus Associate, and Envision Associates.

    She received several PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS for her social work in India and US.
